The invention provides a method for determining the blending ratio of river sand to machine-made sand of concrete, which comprises the following steps of: calculating the theoretical blending amount range of river sand and machine-made sand according to the standard pass range of concrete fine aggregate and a double-blending theoretical equation; and performing concrete trial production based on the theoretical blending amount range, and determining a proper actual blending amount range of the river sand and the machine-made sand according to the character performance of the concrete so as toguide a concrete construction site. The problem that when river sand is partially replaced by machine-made sand, the blending proportion of the machine-made sand is difficult to control, and then application of the machine-made sand in concrete is restricted is solved.
本发明提供了一种确定混凝土的河砂与机制砂的掺配比例的方法,通过混凝土细集料的标准通过范围和双掺理论方程式计算获得河砂及机制砂的理论掺配量范围,基于理论掺配量范围进行混凝土试制并根据混凝土的性状表现确定适宜的河砂和机制砂的实际掺配量范围以指导混凝土施工现场。本发明解决了机制砂在部分代替河砂时,其掺配比例难以控制,进而制约了机制砂在混凝土中的应用的问题。
