Fireproof aluminum-plastic composite plate material and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a fireproof aluminum-plastic composite plate material which is characterized by being prepared by compounding a surface aluminum plate, a fireproof plate core layer and a bottom aluminum plate, the surface aluminum plate and the fireproof plate core layer as well as the fireproof plate core layer and the bottom aluminum plate are mutually and independently bonded by adhesive layers; the fireproof plate core layer is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 40-50 parts of vinyl-modified amino-terminated hyperbranched polybenzimidazole, 3-5 parts of N-fluorenylmethoxycarbonyl-L-glutamic acid-1-allyl ester, 1-3 parts of 1, 1 '-sulfonyl bis [4 (2propylene) oxybenzene], 1-2 parts of aluminum acrylate, 2-4 parts of 1-allyl- 3-methyl imidazole chloride, 0.3-0.6 part of sodium bicarbonate, 2-5 parts of ground phosphate rock, 1-3 parts of a coupling agent and 0.04-0.06 part of an initiator. The invention further provides a preparation method of the fireproof aluminum-plastic composite plate material. The fireproof aluminum-plastic composite plate material disclosed by the invention is excellent in comprehensive performance, remarkable in fireproof effect and good in environmental protection property.
本发明公开了一种防火铝塑复合板材料,其特征在于,由面铝板、防火板芯层、底铝板三层复合制成;所述面铝板与防火板芯层之间、防火板芯层与底铝板之间相互独立地由胶黏剂层粘结;所述防火板芯层是由如下重量份计的各原料制成:乙烯基改性氨基封端超支化聚苯并咪唑40‑50份、N‑芴甲氧羰基‑L‑谷氨酸1‑烯丙基酯3‑5份、1,1'‑砜基双[4‑(2‑丙烯)氧基苯]1‑3份、丙烯酸铝1‑2份、1‑烯丙基‑3‑甲基氯化咪唑2‑4份、碳酸氢钠0.3‑0.6份、磷矿粉2‑5份、偶联剂1‑3份、引发剂0.04‑0.06份。本发明还提供了一种所述防火铝塑复合板材料的制备方法。本发明公开的防火铝塑复合板材料综合性能佳,防火效果显著,环保性好。
