Preparation method of slag phosphogypsum high-early-strength road base material
The invention discloses a preparation method of a slag phosphogypsum high-early-strength road base material. The method comprises the following steps: step 1, carrying out neutralization reaction treatment on phosphogypsum by using lime; step 2, drying, dehydrating and grinding the prepared phosphogypsum; and step 3, uniformly mixing the prepared phosphogypsum with blast furnace slag and a stabilizer according to a mass ratio of (35-60%):(30-60%):(5-10%) to obtain the slag phosphogypsum high-early-strength road base material. Compared with the prior art, the slag phosphogypsum road base material prepared by the method has higher strength than the traditional road base material, and a large amount of industrial solid wastes such as blast furnace slag and phosphogypsum are used in the preparation process. The method is beneficial to recycling of industrial waste residues, and has better economic and social benefits. Besides, the preparation process is simple, raw material sources are wide, and application prospects are good.
本发明公开了一种矿渣磷石膏高早强路面基层材料的制备方法,方法步骤如下步骤一、使用石灰对磷石膏进行中和反应处理;步骤二、将制得的磷石膏干燥脱水并粉磨;步骤三、将制得的磷石膏与高炉矿渣、稳定剂按照质量百分比35%—60%:30%—60%:5%—10%进行混合均匀,制得所述矿渣磷石膏高早强路面基层材料。与现有技术相比,本发明所制得的矿渣磷石膏路面基层材料与传统路面基层材料相比具有较高的强度,同时在制备过程中使用大量的高炉矿渣和磷石膏等工业固体废弃物,有利于工业废渣的资源化,具有较好的经济和社会效益,且制备过程简单、原料来源广泛、应用前景好。
