The invention provides a manufacturing method of a ceramic plate and the ceramic plate. The manufacturing method comprises the steps of: pressing ceramic powder by a pressing machine and then sendingthe pressed ceramic powder into a drying kiln for drying; spraying or roller-coating the bottom of a dried ceramic green body with a reinforced coating; and drying or curing the ceramic green body sprayed or roll-coated with the reinforced coating. According to the invention, a green body formula does not need to be adjusted, and a green body reinforcing agent does not need to be added into the green body formula; the strength of the ceramic plate can be enhanced only by spraying or roller-coating the reinforced coating after the green body is dried, the formula structure of the green body isnot changed while the strength of the ceramic plate is improved, the cost of the green body is not increased, and the quality index requirements of products can be met.
本发明所提供的一种陶瓷板的制造方法及陶瓷板,包括:陶瓷粉料经压机压制后进入干燥窑进行干燥;对干燥后的陶瓷坯体底部喷涂或辊涂增强涂层;对喷涂或辊涂有增强涂层的陶瓷坯体进行干燥或固化。本发明无需对坯体配方进行调整,也无需在坯体配方里加入坯体增强剂;只需要在坯体干燥后,喷涂或辊涂增强涂层,即可增强陶瓷板的强度,在提高陶瓷板强度的同时不会改变坯体配方结构,也不会增加坯体成本,能够达到产品的质量指标要求。
