The invention discloses a profile steel positioning device for an SMW construction method pile and a construction method thereof, and aims to provide the device and the construction method which can avoid profile steel downward insertion perpendicularity errors caused by uneven sites, reduce H-shaped steel hoisting insertion difficulty and improve the moving and fixing efficiency of a positioningdevice. The profile steel positioning device mainly comprises a pair of guide rails, connecting rods and a guide plate; a pair of connecting rods are oppositely and horizontally arranged at intervals,the two ends of each connecting rod are inserted into the corresponding guide rails respectively, horizontal adjusting mechanisms are arranged at the two ends of each guide rail respectively, the vertical positions of the guide rails are adjusted to be relatively horizontal through the horizontal adjusting mechanisms, the step that the ground needs to be leveled in the H-shaped steel mounting process is avoided, and the construction efficiency is improved; inserting plates at the two ends of each connecting rod are fixedly installed through inserting connection with inserting holes in the corresponding guide rails, and the next set of profile steel is conveniently positioned; and the guide plate is fixedly installed at the top of a positioning clamp, so that the accuracy required in the H-shaped rod hoisting process is reduced, and the operation difficulty is reduced.
本发明公布了一种用于SMW工法桩型钢定位的装置及其施工方法,旨在提供一种可以避免由于场地不平整带来的型钢下插垂直度误差,降低H型钢吊装插入难度,提高定位装置移动固定的效率的装置及施工方法。型钢定位装置主要包括一对导轨,连杆和导向板。一对连杆相对水平间隔布置,每根连杆的两端分别插接在对应的导轨上,每根导轨的两端均设有水平调节机构,通过水平调节机构调整导轨的上下位置达到相对水平,避免安装H型钢的过程中需要平整地面的步骤,提高施工效率;连杆的两端插板通过和对应导轨上插孔的插接固定安装,方便进行下一组型钢定位;定位卡的顶部固定安装有导向板,减小H型杆吊装过程中需要的精确度,减小操作难度。
