Ultrahigh unilateral formwork
The invention relates to the technical field of building construction, in particular to an ultrahigh unilateral formwork. The formwork comprises a foundation, a first formwork body is arranged on theupper end face of the foundation, a water stop steel plate is embedded in the right end face of concrete, a vertical steel pipe and a longitudinal steel pipe are arranged at the upper end of a secondformwork body, and the right end of the vertical steel pipe is fixedly connected with an opposite-pull screw. A main keel is mounted in the opposite-pull screw, and a secondary keel is arranged at theright side of the main keel. The unilateral formwork is supported and reinforced in an inward-pulling and outward-supporting manner, the perpendicularity and flatness of the formwork can be controlled by adjusting the opposite-pull screw and an outer side steel pipe supporting system, and after steel bars at the inner side of the formwork are bound and checked and accepted, one end of the opposite-pull screw is connected with the formwork through an inverted-m-shaped clamp and a nut; and the other end of the opposite-pull screw is connected with a stressed steel bar at the inner side of the formwork in a welding manner, so that the effect of reinforcing the formwork is achieved, the construction difficulty is reduced, and meanwhile, the phenomena of formwork expansion and formwork explosion in the construction process can be avoided.
本发明涉及建筑施工技术领域,尤其为一种超高单侧支模,包括地基,所述地基的上端面设置有第一模板,所述混凝土的右端面预埋有止水钢板,所述第二模板的上端设置有竖向钢管与纵向钢管,所述竖向钢管的右端固定连接有对拉螺杆,所述对拉螺杆的内部安装有主龙骨,所述主龙骨的右侧设置有次龙骨;本发明单侧模板的支撑及加固采用“内拉外撑”的方式,并且可以通过调整对拉螺杆及外侧钢管支撑体系对模板的垂直度及平整度进行控制,在模板内侧钢筋绑扎完成并验收后,将对拉螺杆一头通过山型卡、螺母与模板连接,对拉螺杆另外一头与模板内侧受力钢筋焊接连接,达到加固模板的效果,不仅降低了施工的难度,同时能保证施工过程中不出现涨模、爆模的现象。
