The invention discloses a preparation method of a strong thermal insulation cement polyphenyl formwork concrete wall. On the basis of a traditional cement polyphenyl formwork, surface-modified fullerene suspension is added, and a heat-insulation treatment solution is adopted for treatment. Main components of the heat-insulation treatment solution comprise water-absorbent resin and waterborne polyurethane adhesive, wherein the water-absorbent resin has the main effect of being used as a thermal insulation material after absorbing water; and the waterborne polyurethane adhesive and a hydrophilicfullerene derivative are used together to form a net-shaped structure, and the net-shaped structure is stable. Even if water becomes solid at the low temperature of minus 40 DEG C, the net-shaped structure cannot be damaged, and therefore the strength of the wall body is remarkably improved. The strong thermal insulation cement polyphenyl formwork concrete wall has the advantages of light weight,heat insulation, fire prevention and heat insulation, load bearing and heat insulation, freezing resistance, durability, labor saving, time saving and money saving of a traditional cement polyphenylformwork, and has a super-strong heat insulation effect.
本发明公开了一种强隔热水泥聚苯模壳混凝土墙体的制备方法,在传统的水泥聚苯模壳的基础上,加入了经过表面修饰的富勒烯悬浮液并采用隔热处理液进行处理。隔热处理液的主要成分为吸水性树脂和水性聚氨酯胶粘剂,其中吸水性树脂的主要功效在于吸水后作为隔热材料;而水性聚氨酯胶粘剂和亲水性富勒烯衍生物共同使用,可以形成网状结构,且该网状结构结构稳定。即使在‑40℃低温情况下,水变为固体,也不会对网状结构造成破坏,从而显著提升了墙体的强度。本发明的强隔热水泥聚苯模壳混凝土墙体,其不但具有传统的水泥聚苯模壳的轻质隔热、防火隔热、承重隔热、耐冻耐久和省工省时省钱的优点,而且其隔热效果超强。
