The invention relates to the technical field of doors and windows, and discloses a self-power-assisted opening and closing pulley. The self-power-assisted opening and closing pulley overcomes the defect that a pulley at the bottom of a sliding plug door and window is strenuous when the window is opened and closed, and solves the positioning problem of a window sash in the sliding process. The self-power-assisted opening and closing pulley comprises a supporting plate, wherein a swing arm is hinged to the middle of the supporting plate, and one end of the swing arm is rotationally hinged to thesupporting plate; a pressure spring fixing column is riveted to the corner of the supporting plate, and a pressure spring sleeve is arranged between the pressure spring fixing column and the swing arm; and a pressure spring is installed in the pressure spring sleeve, a bearing row is fixedly installed in the middle of the swing arm, and a pin roller of the bearing row is in sliding contact with the bottom face of the supporting plate to bear most of the weight of the window sash borne on the supporting plate. Under the action of external force, the window sash is opened and closed through thecombined action of a torsion spring and the pressure spring, thrust on the sliding window can be reduced, and therefore labor is saved when people open and close the window.
