The invention discloses a stably-fixed aluminum-plastic co-extrusion profile. The stably-fixed aluminum-plastic co-extrusion profile comprises a profile body; an aluminum lining is embedded in the profile body; first circular concave blocks are welded to the upper portions and the lower portions, close to the center, of the inner surface walls of the two sides of the aluminum lining correspondingly; four elastic plates are welded to the inner surface walls of the first circular concave blocks at equal intervals in the circumferential direction; first clamping blocks are welded to the centers of the outer surfaces of the elastic plates; the number of the first circular concave blocks is four; and circular rods are clamped to the inner surface walls of the four first circular concave blocks.According to the stably-fixed aluminum-plastic co-extrusion profile, by clamping circular rods at the two ends of a reinforcing plate in the two first round concave blocks correspondingly, and enabling the first clamping blocks and the second clamping grooves to be stably connected in a clamped mode through the elastic forces of the elastic plates, the reinforcing plate can be more stable; by supporting and fixing the aluminum lining through the reinforcing plate, the aluminum lining can be more stable in use, and the aluminum lining can be prevented from falling off from the interior of theprofile body; and therefore, use is convenient.
本发明公开了一种稳定固定的铝塑共挤型材,包括型材本体,型材本体的内部嵌设有铝衬,铝衬的两侧内表壁靠近中心处上下方均焊接有第一圆形凹块,第一圆形凹块的内表壁沿圆周方向等距焊接有四个弹性板,弹性板的外表面中心处均焊接有第一卡合块,第一圆形凹块共设置有四个,且四个第一圆形凹块的内表壁均卡合有圆杆。本发明中,通过将加强板两端的圆杆分别卡合在两个第一圆形凹块的内部,通过弹性板的弹力,从而使得第一卡合块与第二卡合槽进行稳定的卡合连接,使得加强板可以更加的稳定,通过加强板对铝衬进行支撑固定,从而使得铝衬在使用中,可以更加的稳定,防止铝衬从型材本体的内部脱落,便于使用。
