The invention discloses a lamp for a special-shaped guardrail tube and an assembling method of the lamp. The lamp comprises a lamp body and a light source assembly, and is characterized in that the light source assembly is arranged in a mounting groove in the inner wall of the lamp body, a decorative plate is arranged on the surface of the light source assembly, and sealing rubber strips are arranged in gaps between the decorative plate and the two sides of the lamp body; the lamp is further provided with a light-transmitting cover, and the light-transmitting cover and the lamp body are fixedthrough mutually-matched pressing buckle structures; a cavity is formed between the light-transmitting cover and the lamp body after fixation; and the light source assembly, the sealing rubber stripsand the decorative plate are all located in the cavity and fixed to the special-shaped guardrail tube through screws. According to the lamp for the special-shaped guardrail tube and the assembling method of the lamp, the structure is simple, the installation is convenient, the waterproof modular lamp is achieved, and the later maintenance cost of the guardrail lamp is reduced.
