A supporting bottom plate is included; a concentric-square-shaped frame is fixedly mounted on themiddle side of the right part of the upper end of the supporting bottom plate, a sliding demolding device is arranged in an inner cavity of the concentric-square-shaped frame, and the front side and the rear side of the left part of the supporting bottom plate and the front side and the rear side of the right part of the upper end of the supporting bottom plate are each fixedly provided with a supporting column; a formwork device is arranged at the upper ends of the two sets of supporting columns jointly, the left part of the front end and the rear end of the formwork device and the right partof the front end and the rear end of the formwork device are each fixedly provided with a supporting block, a telescopic die pressing device is arranged in the middle of the upper end of a transverseplate, and a rotating device is arranged on the lower parts of the opposite faces of two U-shaped supporting plates jointly; and the left part of the rotating device is provided with a pouring device. According to the method for manufacturing the rainwater perforated strainer from the resin powder, when a telescopic rod drives a pressing plate to move downwards, die-casting forming is conducted on resin, a forming plate is inserted into a forming hole in a penetrating mode, forming of a drainage hole of the rainwater perforated strainer can be guaranteed, the operation process is simple, andthe machining efficiency is improved.
