The invention discloses an inorganic artificial stone which is characterized by being mainly prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30-60 parts of quartz, 0-30 parts of waste glass, 25-35 parts of cement, 5-9 parts of water and 0-5 parts of auxiliary materials, wherein the sum of the parts by weight of the raw materials is 100 parts. Correspondingly, the invention further discloses a preparation method of the inorganic artificial stone. By implementing the invention, the water consumption can be effectively reduced, and the production cost is saved; meanwhile, water holes can be greatly reduced, the density and the stain resistance of the artificial stone are improved, and the water absorption rate of the artificial stone is reduced.
本发明公开了一种无机型人造石,其特征在于,其主要由以下重量份的原料制成:石英30~60份,废玻璃0~30份,水泥25~35份,水5~9份,辅料0~5份;上述原料的重量份之和为100份。相应的,本发明还公开了上述无机型人造石的制备方法。实施本发明,可有效降低用水量,节约生产成本;同时也可大幅减少水孔产生,提升人造石的致密度和耐污性能,降低人造石的吸水率。
