The specific preparation method comprises the following steps of preparing raw materialsaccording to x wt% of Al2O3-(Y1-yCey)3Al5O12 components, adding 0.4 wt% of tetraethoxysilane as an additive, carrying out ball milling, drying and uniaxial tabletting on the powder, applying isostatic cool pressing of 200 MPa or above to the powder to press the powder into a green body, and presintering to remove organic components, and finally, putting into a tubular furnace or a box type furnace for normal-pressure sintering to obtain the Al2O3-YAG: Ce<3+> multiphase fluorescent ceramic. The Al2O3-YAG: Ce<3+> multiphase fluorescent ceramic prepared by the invention has high thermal conductivity, high quantum efficiency and proper transmittance, and the preparation method has the advantages of simple preparation process, low cost, no toxicity in the preparation process and the like.
