The invention relates to a castable of a non-wetting hard aluminum alloy and a preparation process of the castable. The preparation process includes: grinding and screening a plurality of groups of aggregates by utilizing a grinding and screening unit, wherein the aggregates comprise special-grade alumina, fused sub-white corundum, kyanite, electric smelting compact corundum fine powder and electric smelting mullite fine powder; a vibration mill which comprises a grinding and stirring cavity and a drying cavity, the grinding cavity is connected with the drying cavity through a pipeline, the vibration mill is provided with a plurality of feeding openings, an additive feeding opening, a binding agent feeding opening, a composite water reducing agent feeding opening and a fiber feeding opening, and the conveying belt is provided with a speed detection device used for detecting the real-time speed vi of the conveying belt; a heat treatment furnace which is connected with a discharge port of the vibration mill and used for carrying out heat treatment on a product at the discharge port so as to obtain the castable of the non-wetting hard aluminum alloy. In the dissolving process of the hard aluminum alloy, the hard aluminum alloy does not react with a furnace lining material, and the prepared castable is high in compactness and strength.
本发明涉及一种不润湿硬质铝合金的浇注料及其制备工艺,其包括利用研磨筛选机组对多组骨料进行研磨并筛选,骨料包括特级矾土、熔亚白刚玉、蓝晶石、电熔致密刚玉细粉和电熔莫来石细粉;振动磨机,振动磨机包括研磨搅拌腔和干燥腔,研磨腔与干燥腔通过管道连接,振动磨机设置有多个入料口、添加剂入料口、结合剂入料口、复合减水剂入料口以及纤维入料口,传送带设置有速度检测装置,用以对传送带的实时速度vi进行检测;热处理炉,与振动磨机的出料口连接,用以对出料口的生成物进行热处理,进而得到不润湿硬质铝合金的浇注料。在进行硬质铝合金的溶解过程中不与炉衬材料发生反应,且制作出来的浇注料致密性强且强度高。
