The invention discloses a hoisting construction method for a steel box girder over an existing bridge. The technical problems that in the prior art, the hoisting construction efficiency is low, and the overall construction progress is affected are solved. The hoisting construction method mainly comprises the steps of after a steel box girder is hoisted through a crane, supporting two ends of the steel box girder through a temporary conversion support and another crane correspondingly, releasing the previous crane, hooking the end, which is supported by the temporary conversion support, of thesteel box girder by using the released crane, cutting off the temporary conversion support, and then adopting the two cranes for hoisting the steel box girder to an installation station in a cooperative mode. The hoisting construction method is simple in structure, scientific and reasonable in design and convenient to use, the hoisting construction efficiency of the steel box girder over the existing bridge can be effectively improved, and thus, the overall construction progress is ensured; and meanwhile, hoisting construction can be safe and stable, and the safety of the existing bridge is not affected.
本发明公开了一种钢箱梁跨既有桥梁吊装施工方法,解决现有技术吊装施工效率低影响整体施工进度的技术问题。本发明主要为采用一个吊机将钢箱梁吊起后将钢箱梁两端分别采用临时转换支架和另一个吊机支撑,松开前一个吊机,并将松开的吊机钩挂住钢箱梁采用临时转换支架支撑的一端,割除临时转换支架,即可采用两个吊机协同吊装至安装工位。本发明结构简单、设计科学合理,使用方便,其可有效提高钢箱梁跨既有桥梁吊装施工效率,从而保证整体施工进度,同时吊装施工还能安全稳定,不影响既有桥梁安全。
