The invention discloses a modular sound insulation wallboard. The wallboard comprises an outer wallboard body, a left wallboard body is fixedly connected to one side of the outer wallboard body, a right wallboard body is fixedly connected to the other side of the outer wallboard body, bottom plates are fixedly connected to the top end and the bottom end of the outer wallboard body, and a rear wallboard body is fixedly connected to the rear surfaces of the bottom plates. Honeycomb sound absorption plates are fixedly connected to the upper surfaces of the bottom plates, first partition plates are fixedly connected to the upper surfaces of the bottom plates, second partition plates are fixedly connected to the upper surfaces of the bottom plates, and nine sliding grooves are uniformly formedat the front surfaces of the second partition plates; a honeycomb sound absorption layer can absorb large-decibel noise and convert vibration into deformation energy of a core material of the honeycomb sound absorption layer to cause vibration of air and materials, and due to friction force and viscous resistance, part of sound energy of the noise is converted into heat energy, decibel can be reduced, and the noise frequency band can be stabilized; and through the stabilized noise frequency band, ultrasonic waves can be absorbed by an ultrasonic sound absorption plate, and infrasonic waves canbe absorbed by an infrasonic wave sound absorption plate.
