The system comprises a main drainage pipeline unit, a sweeping/silt collecting unit and a sewage discharging unit. A piston type sweeping/silt collecting device is arranged at the bottom of a water-collecting well, and a power source is provided for the piston type sweeping/silt collecting device through a long-axis deep-well pump, so that silt deposited at the bottom of the water-collecting well can be automatically swept and collected at regular intervals; and a silt flushing unit is further designed to be combined with the piston type sweeping/silt collecting device for action, silt deposition in the water-collecting well can be effectively prevented, stubbornsilt attached to the bottom of the water-collecting well can also be thoroughly removed, maintenance personnel do not need to enter the bottom of the water-collecting well for manual silt removing, and potential safety hazards during operation of the water-collecting well drainage system and silt removing are greatly reduced.
