The invention provides a self-installation offshore booster station and an installation method thereof. The self-installation offshore booster station comprises a ship body, a plurality of pile legs,a plurality of pile shoes and a plurality of submarine cable wells. The multiple pile legs are arranged on the periphery of the ship body at intervals in the circumferential direction of the ship body. Each pile leg can ascend and descend relative to the ship body. The multiple pile shoes are fixedly arranged at the bottom ends of the pile legs in a one-to-one correspondence mode. The multiple submarine cable wells are located on the peripheries, relative to the ship body, of the pile legs and can ascend and descend along with the pile legs. Each submarine cable well extends in the height direction of the pile legs, the bottom end of each submarine cable well is connected with the corresponding pile shoe, and the top end of each submarine cable well is located above a deck of the ship body. The pile legs carrying the submarine cable wells are symmetrically arranged relative to the ship body, and each pile leg carries one submarine cable well or a plurality of submarine cable wells which are symmetrically arranged. Pile inserting and standing are achieved through the lifting function, the submarine cable wells ascend and descend along with ascending and descending of the pile legs,then installation can be completed at a time, waiting for the construction period of an installation ship is not needed, time is saved, and installation efficiency is improved.
