The invention relates to a foundation pit supporting structure for a narrow space and a construction method of the foundation pit supporting structure. The structure comprises multiple sections of steel boxes of a closed structure, and multiple sections of steel boxes are welded section by section according to the depth of a foundation pit to form a steel barrel wall of an integrated structure. Aplurality of high-pressure water pipes and suction pipes are arranged on the inner side wall of the steel barrel wall in the length direction, and the water spraying ends of the high-pressure water pipes are located in the first-section steel box. The suction ends of the suction pipes are connected with a suction inlet of a flat structure. The invention further provides a construction method for the foundation pit supporting structure for the narrow space. The structure is simple, operation is easy, the construction speed is high, the water stop effect is good, pollution to the environment isbasically avoided, meanwhile, the influence on the surrounding environment can be reduced, and good economic benefits and social benefits are achieved.
