Deep foundation pit water interception and drainage device and construction method thereof
The invention discloses a deep foundation pit water interception and drainage device and a construction method thereof. The device comprises fender posts arranged along the periphery of a deep foundation pit, an outside-pit dewatering well and an inside-pit dewatering well, wherein the outside-pit dewatering well and the inside-pit dewatering well are arranged outside the deep foundation pit and inside the deep foundation pit respectively; a supporting structure connected with the fender posts is arranged at the opening of the deep foundation pit; a top beam is poured on the tops of the fenderposts; a retaining wall is built on the top beam; a drainage ditch is buried in slope top backfill earthwork on the outer side of the retaining wall; meanwhile, water collecting wells are buried at certain intervals; and the drainage ditch is connected with the water collecting wells. According to the deep foundation pit water interception and drainage device and the construction method thereof,a traditional mode that brick drainage ditches and water collecting wells are adopted is broken through, half corrugated pipe drainage ditches and the steel water collecting wells are adopted for replacement, and the defects that materials are wasted and the construction period is long in the traditional mode are overcome; the water interception and drainage device is made of shaped recyclable materials, and installation is convenient, fast and efficient; and the requirements for water interception and drainage of the slope top of the foundation pit can be met, sustainable use is facilitated,and the purposes of energy conservation and environment protection are achieved.
本发明公开了一种深基坑截排水装置及其施工方法,该装置包括沿着深基坑周边布置的围护桩以及分别设置在深基坑外部和深基坑内部的坑外降水井和坑内降水井,在深基坑的口部设置有与围护桩连接的支撑结构,在围护桩的顶部浇筑有冠梁,在冠梁上砌筑有挡土墙,在挡土墙外侧的坡顶回填土方上埋设有排水沟,同时按照一定间距埋设有集水井,所述的排水沟和集水井连接。本发明突破了传统采用砖砌排水沟和集水井的方式,采用半波纹管排水沟和钢质集水井代替,克服了传统方式的材料浪费、工期长的不足,而且截排水装置采用定型可周转材料制作而成,安装便捷、快速、高效;既能满足基坑坡顶截水和排水的要求,又有利于可持续使用,达到节能环保的目的。
