A first screw rod is driven to rotate through an output shaft of a first motor; the first screw rod is matched with a first connecting block to drive moving plates to move; the moving plates slide along a sliding rail on a horizontal beam through sliding blocks at the bottom; the two moving plates drive a moving beam to move in the Y-axis direction; an output shaft of a second motor drives a second screw rod to rotate; the second screw rod is matched with a second connecting block to drivea moving frame to move; the moving frame slides along the sliding rail on the moving beam through the sliding blocks; the moving frame moves in the X-axis direction; an output shaft of a third motordrives a third screw rod to rotate; the third screw rod is matched with a third connecting block to drive a lifting plate to move; the lifting plate ascends and descends along the sliding rail on themoving frame through the sliding blocks; the lifting plate moves in the Z-axis direction; and the lifting plate completes position adjustment of a spray head in the three-axis direction through a mounting base. The technical problem that in the prior art, a spray head mounting frame cannot meet the requirement for large-range spray head position adjustment is solved.
