The storage pond comprises an upper rainwater storage pond and a lower sewage storage pond which are arranged in a separated mode through a partition plate and distributed up and down, wherein the water inlet end of the rainwater storage pond is sequentially connected with an upper rainwater inlet pipe, a coarse screen, a sand fishing device, a fine screen and an upper water collection pit; the water inlet end of the sewage storage pond is sequentially connected with a lower sewage inlet pipe and a lower water collection pit; and the rainwater storage pond and the sewage storage pond communicate through an access hole formed in the side wall of the rainwater storage pond.
