The invention relates to the technical field of structural engineering, and discloses a fabricated steel structure beam-column joint connecting device which comprises an upper round steel pipe column,a lower round steel pipe column and cross beams, the upper round steel pipe column is fixedly connected with a first columnar sleeve, the first columnar sleeve is fixedly connected with first connecting plates, the first connecting plates are fixedly connected with first fixing plates, and the lower round steel pipe column is fixedly connected with a second columnar sleeve; the second columnar sleeve is fixedly connected with four second connecting plates, the distance between the second connecting plates and the upper end of the lower round steel pipe column is equal to the distance betweenthe first connecting plates and the lower end of the upper round steel pipe column, and the second connecting plates are fixedly connected with second fixing plates; and the cross beams are inserted into square frames formed by the corresponding first connecting plates, the two opposite first fixing plates, the second connecting plates and the two opposite second fixing plates, and are fixedly connected through bolts. According to the device, rapid connection of beam-column joints is achieved, welding-free operation on a construction site is achieved, and manpower and construction time are saved.
