Method for underpinning steel reinforced concrete frame column through double columns by adopting reverse construction method
The invention provides a method for underpinning a steel reinforced concrete frame column through double columns by adopting a reverse construction method. The method comprises the following steps of:measuring two constructed steel pipe concrete columns through positioning; reserving or digging post-cast strip spaces in steel pipes of the two steel pipe concrete columns respectively; processing corresponding deviation correction devices according to the deviation condition of the steel reinforced concrete frame column; mounting the deviation correction devices on the corresponding steel pipeconcrete columns; pouring concrete into the spaces in circular steel pipes of the deviation correction devices and the post-cast strip spaces of the corresponding steel pipe concrete columns; and hoisting the steel reinforced concrete frame column, so that two connecting steel columns of the steel reinforced concrete frame column are mounted on the corresponding deviation correction devices respectively, the axes of the connecting steel columns are coaxial with the axes of the circular steel pipes in the corresponding deviation correction devices, and the deviation correction devices are fixedwith the corresponding connecting steel columns. The method solves the problems of poor deviation butt joint stability, low safety and unclear force transfer from the two steel pipe concrete columnsto the steel reinforced concrete frame column.
本发明提供一种逆作法双柱托换钢骨混凝土框架柱方法,通过定位测量已施工的两钢管混凝土柱;在两钢管混凝土柱的钢管内分别预留或者凿出后浇带空间;根据钢骨混凝土框架柱的偏位情况加工对应的偏位校正装置;将偏位校正装置安装于对应的钢管混凝土柱上;对偏位校正装置的圆形钢管内部的空间及对应的钢管混凝土柱的后浇带空间浇筑混凝土;吊装钢骨混凝土框架柱,使得钢骨混凝土框架柱的两连接钢柱分别安装于对应的偏位校正装置上,且连接钢柱的轴线与对应的偏位校正装置中圆形钢管的轴线共轴,将偏位校正装置与对应的连接钢柱固定,其解决双根钢管混凝土柱到钢骨混凝土框架柱的偏位对接稳定性差、安全性低、传力不明确的问题。
