The invention discloses a prefabricated wall assembly with a hollow heat preservation function. The prefabricated wall assembly comprises a wall body, wherein a containing cavity is formed in the outer wall surface of the wall body in advance; a plurality of vertically-arranged lap joint plates which are arranged in a staggered mode are arranged in the containing cavity; the containing cavity is divided into a plurality of heat preservation cavities by the lap joint plates; heat preservation layer lap joint tables are arranged on the two end sides of the lap joint plates; heat preservation layers are erected through the heat preservation layer lap joint tables; gaps are formed between the heat preservation layers and the interiors of the heat preservation cavities; the surface height of the heat preservation layers is lower than that of the lap joint plates; and anchoring blocks used for anchoring are arranged in the heat preservation cavities. According to the prefabricated wall assembly with the hollow heat preservation function, the outer wall body is provided with a plurality of heat preservation layer fixing grooves which are distributed in a staggered mode and do not communicate with one another, so that the outer wall is hollow, meanwhile, joints are avoided, and meanwhile, modular installation is facilitated.
