The prefabricated wall assembly comprises a wall body, wherein a containing cavity is formed in the outer wall surface of the wall body in advance; a plurality of vertically-arranged lap joint plates which are arranged in a staggered mode are arranged in the containing cavity; the containing cavity is divided into a plurality of heat preservation cavities by the lap joint plates; heat preservation layer lap joint tables are arranged on the two end sides of the lap joint plates; heat preservation layers are erected through the heat preservation layer lap joint tables; gaps are formed between the heat preservation layers and the interiors of the heat preservation cavities; the surface height of the heat preservation layers is lower than that of the lap joint plates; and anchoring blocks used for anchoring are arranged in the heat preservation cavities.
