The invention relates to an assembled suspended ceiling and an installation method. The suspended ceiling comprises a main keel, auxiliary keels, and suspended ceiling plates; each of horizontal detection devices comprises clamping blocks, liquid containing pipes, a first connecting pipe, and a second connecting pipe; the two clamping blocks are arranged on the main keel in a clamped mode; the liquid containing pipes are arranged on the clamping blocks, contain liquid and are made of transparent materials; scale marks are evenly distributed on the outer side walls of the liquid containing pipes in the height direction of the liquid containing pipes; and the two ends of the first connecting pipe and the two ends of the second connecting pipe are communicated with the two liquid containing pipes correspondingly and are located on the upper sides and the lower sides of liquid levels inside the liquid containing pipes correspondingly. According to the assembled suspended ceiling and the installation method, the two liquid containing pipes are installed at the two ends of the main keel in the length direction, so that the liquid level heights of the liquid in the liquid containing pipescan be observed, and the liquid level heights in the liquid containing pipes are located on the same horizontal plane, so as to reduce the probability that the main keel inclines and the probabilitythat the ceiling plates are uneven after being installed on the main keel, and solve the problem that the safety of the suspended ceiling plates is low.
