The invention discloses a fabricated precast slab wall fixing and mounting structure. The fabricated precast slab wall fixing and mounting structure comprises wallboards, two first limiting plates aresymmetrically and fixedly connected to one sides of the wallboards, second threaded through holes are formed in the inner side walls of the first limiting plates, and first plate bodies are evenly inthreaded connection with the front surfaces and the rear surfaces of the wallboards through first bolts. Third threaded through holes are evenly formed in the front surfaces of the wallboards, and first through holes are evenly formed in the sides, away from first connecting rods, of the wallboards. When a user mounts the two wallboards, through combined use of the first connecting rods, a U-shaped rod, the second threaded through holes, the first through holes and other parts, the stability of the wallboards during mounting can be enhanced; meanwhile, the first connecting rods are inserted and connected into the first through holes, the situation that the wallboards are dislocated during mounting can be avoided; and meanwhile, the single wallboard can be supported through the first connecting rods when insufficient supporting occurs, and the phenomenon of direct collapse is avoided.
