The invention discloses an upward opening type shutter with drainage and flow guide functions. An opening in the middle of a mounting bottom plate extends upwards to form a water retaining side wall;a front fixing plate and a rear fixing plate are erected in front of and behind the water retaining side wall respectively; the front fixing plate and the rear fixing plate are indirectly connected with a left fixing strip and a right fixing strip which are located on the left side and the right side respectively; a left rotating plate is hinged to the left fixing strip, a right rotating plate ishinged to the right fixing strip, the bottom end of the left rotating plate and the bottom end of the right rotating plate are connected through a left moving plate and a right moving plate respectively, and a shutter body is arranged between the left rotating plate and the right rotating plate; a drainage guide groove is fixed to a rear window frame; flow guide grooves are formed in the top of the left moving plate and the top of the right moving plate respectively; the left end and the right end of the drainage guide groove are located over the left flow guide groove and the right flow guidegroove respectively; and the moving plates are connected to a hydraulic cylinder through a push plate to be driven. The shutter integrates hydraulic automatic control, drainage and flow guide, and the problem of water leakage of a shutter arranged on a roof is solved.
