The invention discloses a multilayer composite antistatic base material. The multilayer composite antistatic base material comprises an antistatic base material body, silica gel antistatic layers, a carbon fiber layer, a composite outer layer and base material bulges, wherein the silica gel antistatic layers are arranged on the upper side and the lower side of the antistatic base material body; the carbon fiber layer is arranged at the top of the silica gel antistatic layer on the upper side; the composite outer layer is arranged at the bottom of the silica gel antistatic layer on the lower side; the base material bulges are uniformly arranged on the upper side and the lower side of the antistatic base material body respectively; the base material bulges are correspondingly embedded and mounted on the silica gel antistatic layers; the antistatic base material body comprises two groups of base material plate bodies; base material sealing layers are arranged on one sides, which are far away from each other, of the two groups of base material plate bodies; sound reduction assemblies are arranged on the base material plate bodies at equal intervals from left to right; and an anticorrosion assembly is arranged between the two adjacent groups of sound reduction assemblies. The multilayer composite antistatic base material disclosed by the invention is reasonable in structural design;and the antistatic effect of the base material in a utilization process is improved; meanwhile, sound absorption is convenient to carry out when the base material is impacted by an external object, acondition that harsh and loud sounds are generated is reduced and the noise reduction and sound insulation effects are improved.
