The invention provides an adjustable beam formwork fixing clamp and a beam formwork fixing method. The clamp comprises a supporting seat, two supporting pieces and a pulling assembly, wherein the supporting seat comprises a containing cylinder with openings in the two ends; a driving gear is rotationally installed in the containing cylinder; supporting beams are embedded between the two opposite sides of the driving gear and the inner wall of the containing cylinder respectively; tooth lines meshed with the driving gear are formed on the sides, facing the driving gear, of the supporting beams;the ends of the supporting beams on the two opposite sides of the driving gear extend out of the containing cylinder; the two supporting pieces are used for abutting against the outer side of a beamside formwork and are adjustable in height; the two supporting pieces are vertically arranged at the ends of the two supporting beams respectively; and the pulling assembly is used for containing a beam bottom formwork and is detachably pulled between the two supporting pieces. The problems that a traditional wood formwork reinforcing mode of a cast-in-place structural beam is tedious in step andlow in construction efficiency are solved.
