The invention discloses an assembly type adjustable cantilever glass mounting and fixing structure. The assembly type adjustable cantilever glass mounting and fixing structure comprises a plate body,wherein an electric push rod is arranged on the upper surface of the plate body; the upper surface of the plate body is fixedly connected with a fixed barrel; a piston rod of the electric push rod isfixedly connected to the inner side wall of the fixed barrel; a square tube penetrates through the inner side wall of the plate body; and the outer side wall of the square tube is symmetrically and slidably connected with two second housings. In use, the assembly type adjustable cantilever glass mounting and fixing structure is mounted in a top plate, and slides in the two second housings in the square tube, so that a first clamping plate and a second clamping plate in the second housings move to proper positions of cantilever glass; a rotary rod is rotated to drive a slide block in a threadedrod to transversely move in a slide slot, and glass is placed in the first clamping plate and the second clamping plate; the rotary rod is rotated to transversely move the slide block in the reversedirection, so that the glass is clamped by the first clamping plate and the second clamping plate; and the electric push rod is started, and the piston rod of the electric push rod drives the plate body to move up and down, so that height of the cantilever glass is regulated.
