The invention discloses a telescopic sliding door structure. The telescopic sliding door structure comprises a door frame and one or more door plate assemblies arranged in the door frame, the door plate assemblies each comprise N door plates which are sequentially arranged in a stepped mode, a driving assembly comprises a motor, flexible closed-loop conveying pieces and two rotating shafts, and the two rotating shafts are distributed on the door frame in a spaced mode; the motor is connected with the corresponding one of the rotating shafts for rotary driving, a plurality of driving wheels inone-to-one correspondence to the door plates are arranged on the rotating shafts at intervals correspondingly, the outer diameter specifications of the driving wheels on the rotating shafts are different from one another, and the flexible closed-loop conveying pieces are mounted on the positions, between the driving wheels of the corresponding specifications, on the two rotating shafts correspondingly; and connecting pieces connected with the flexible closed-loop conveying pieces on the corresponding driving wheels are arranged on the door plates correspondingly. In this way, according to thetelescopic sliding door structure, the multiple door plates move in a differential mode to achieve extending and retracting of the door plate assemblies, door opening and closing speeds are high, andoperation stability is high.
