The invention discloses a manufacturing method of an octagonal steel component and the octagonal steel component manufactured with the manufacturing method. The manufacturing method of the octagonal steel component includes the steps that a first plate, a second plate, a third plate and a fourth plate are pressed, bent and formed; positioning marks are made on the first plate, and a plurality of partition plates are arranged on the first plate; the second plate and the third plate are vertically arranged on the two sides of the first plate correspondingly; the fourth plate is arranged on the second plate and the third plate; cover plates are arranged at the two ends of the first plate, one end is selected to be machined into a column top surface, and studs are arranged with the column topsurface as the benchmark. According to the manufacturing method of the octagonal steel component, the first plate, the second plate, the third plate and the fourth plate are treated in a pressing andbending pretreatment manner, so that weld joint filler is reduced, the manufacturing efficiency is improved, the production cost is reduced, meanwhile, a large number of weld joints are reduced, the structural stability is guaranteed, and the quality of the component is improved through the stability of the section size.
本发明公开了一种八边形钢构件的制作方法及其制成的八边形钢构件,八边形钢构件的制作方法包括将第一板材、第二板材、第三板材、第四板材分别进行压制折弯成型;在第一板材上做定位标记,在第一板材上设置若干隔板;在第一板材的两侧分别竖直设置第二板材和第三板材;在第二板材和第三板材上设置第四板材;在第一板材的两端设置盖板,选择一端进行加工成柱顶面,以柱顶面为基准设置栓钉;此八边形钢构件的制作方法通过采用压制折弯的预处理方式处理第一板材、第二板材、第三板材、第四板材,从而减少了焊缝填充料,提高了制作效率,减少了生产成本,同时减少了大量的焊缝,保证了结构稳定,截面尺寸的稳定提高了构件的质量。
