The invention discloses anti-freezing concrete suitable for high-cold and high-altitude regions. The anti-freezing concrete is prepared by mixing 480-490 parts by weight of cement, 720-730 parts by weight of fine aggregate, 1050-1100 parts by weight of coarse aggregate, 4.8-4.9 parts by weight of an additive and 156.8-163.2 parts by weight of water, wherein the additive comprises an air entrainingagent and a water reducing agent, and the weight of the air entraining agent is 0.1-0.3% of that of the water reducing agent; and the water-binder ratio of the concrete is 0.32 to 0.34. By reducing the water-binder ratio, the strength of the concrete reaches the standard; by adding the water reducing agent, the fluidity of the concrete is improved, the slump of the concrete in a low-pressure dryenvironment is increased, and the working performance of the concrete is guaranteed; by adding the air entraining agent, the microstructure of the concrete is improved, the anti-freezing durability ofthe concrete in a low-temperature and large-temperature-difference environment of a high-cold and high-altitude area is guaranteed, and the service life of the concrete is prolonged.
