The invention relates to the technical field of environmental protection, in particular to a preparation method of a special sealing friction pair for a waste tire pyrolytic reaction furnace. The preparation method is characterized in that a wedge friction ring comprises the follwoing components in parts by weight, 100 parts of pyrolytic carbon, 10 parts of steel wires, 15-30 parts of coumarone resin, 3-5 parts of boron oxide, 10-15 parts of cristobalite and 2-3 parts of albite, the components are weighed and then put into an internal mixer to be mixed, the mixing temperature ranges from 100 DEG C to 120 DEG C, and the pressure of an upper ram is 0.6 MPa; after the blank is discharged from the internal mixer, the blank stands in a drying box for 1 hour, and then compression molding is performed on the blank under the molding pressure of 80-100MPa; and finally, the formed blank is sintered at the temperature of 700 DEG C under the protection of helium, the heating rate is 5 DEG C/min, and the heat preservation time is 5 h.
