The invention relates to a bolt anti-loosening device for a railway sleeper, and discloses a bolt anti-loosening device which can form screwing forces on nuts on bolts by utilizing the driving power of a railway train, so that the nuts can be screwed and fixed and the bolts can be prevented from loosening due to the vibration generated by the train. The bolt anti-loosening device for the railway sleeper is characterized in that a plurality of hemispherical sliding points are annularly arranged at the bottom end of a hexagonal sleeve at equal intervals; a connecting column is fixedly arranged at the top end of the hexagonal sleeve; the connecting column is of a hollow structure; the bottom end of a fixing shaft penetrates through the middle of the connecting column; two bearings are arranged between the fixing shaft and the connecting column; the two bearings are close to the two sides of the fixing shaft respectively; two limiting rings are fixedly arranged on the fixing shaft and located at the two sides of the connecting column respectively; a plurality of sliding grooves are formed in the inner wall of the connecting column at equal angles; a plurality of grooves corresponding to the sliding grooves in a one-to-one mode are formed in the fixing shaft; springs are arranged in the sliding grooves; and one ends of the springs are connected with the groove bottoms of the slidinggrooves.
