The invention relates to a floating plate rail capable of achieving wide-frequency damping, comprising a road bed, a rail plate, a steel, a buckle, a damping cushion and an inertial capacity damping assembly, wherein the rail plate is arranged on the road bed; the steel rail is connected to the rail plate; the steel rail is buckled to the rail plate through the buckle; the damping cushion is arranged between the road bed and the rail plate; the inertial capacity damping assembly is arranged in the rail plate for isolating vibration; the inertial capacity damping assembly comprises an inerter,an elastic part and a damper; the elastic part is arranged in the damper; and the inerter and the damper are connected in series or in parallel. According to the floating plate rail capable of achieving wide-frequency damping disclosed by the invention, the inerter and the damper are connected in series or in parallel to define a mass-spring-inerter-damping system, thus improving vibration isolating and damping performance, at low frequency, of the floating plate rail capable of achieving wide-frequency damping.
