The invention relates to a pier anti-collision structure based on waste tires. The pier anti-collision structure comprises tire skin and a steel sleeve, wherein an elastic filling material is attachedto the interior of the tire skin; a steel cover plate is attached to the outer side of the tire skin; a bearing is mounted in the steel cover plate; plug pins are arranged at the two ends of the bearing correspondingly; a steel pipe rotating shaft is arranged in each plug pin; a screw hole is formed in the outer side of each steel pipe rotating shaft; a support outer ring steel pipe is mounted outside each steel pipe rotating shaft; and a limiting hole is formed in the outer side of each support outer ring steel pipe. The pier anti-collision structure has the beneficial effects that accordingto the pier anti-collision structure based on the waste tires, when the water level of a river rises, a common anti-collision structure is submerged by water, and when a ship body passes through thecommon anti-collision structure, the protection effect cannot be achieved; the pier anti-collision structure is made of the waste tires and has buoyancy; the steel sleeve and a pier can slide relativeto each other; and the pier anti-collision structure rises along with rising of the water level and falls along with falling of the water level, so that the anti-collision structure is located at theoptimal position, and the collision acting force is effectively reduced.
本发明涉及一种基于废旧轮胎的桥墩防撞结构,包括胎皮和钢套,所述胎皮的内部贴合有弹性填充材料,所述胎皮的外侧贴合有钢盖板,且钢盖板的内部安装有轴承,所述轴承的两端均设置有插销,且插销的内部设置有钢管转动轴,并且钢管转动轴的外侧设置有螺丝孔,所述钢管转动轴的外部安装有支架外环钢管,且支架外环钢管的外侧设置有限位孔。本发明的有益效果是:该基于废旧轮胎的桥墩防撞结构,当江河水位上涨时,普通防撞结构会被水淹没,当船体通过时不能起到保护作用,而此装置是用废旧轮胎所制作,具有浮力,且钢套与桥墩之间可以滑动,装置随着水位的上升而上升,随着水位的下降而下降,使得防撞结构位于最佳位置,有效减小撞击作用力。
