The invention provides a drainage pumping station silt prevention and sewage interception system. The system comprises a pool body, wherein the pool body comprises a sewage interception pool and an overflow pool and further comprises a first water retaining wall, a second water retaining wall, a matrix and an adjustable weir, wherein the matrix is arranged between the first water retaining wall and the second water retaining wall, a sewage channel communicated with the matrix is arranged below the first water retaining wall, one end of the adjustable weir is in contact with the first water retaining wall, and the end, in contact with the first water retaining wall, of the adjustable weir can move in the direction away from the first water retaining wall. The system is suitable for transformation and new construction of a combined drainage pumping station and a rainwater pumping station with mixed connection. The flow velocity of sewage in a pumping station water inlet main pipe and a pumping station forebay in dry days can be increased, deposition of pollutants at the tail end of the pumping station water inlet main pipe and in the pumping station forebay is greatly reduced, sediments are prevented from entering a receiving water body along with overflowing sewage, loss of a sewage intercepting pump is reduced, and the dredging frequency is reduced.
