The invention discloses an innovative modular house frame. The innovative modular house frame comprises a room body and a roof, wherein the room body is provided with a supporting seat and at least one layer of single-layer body; a positioning mechanism which extends into the supporting seat is locked on the bottom surface of each single-layer body; each single-layer body is tightly matched by a plurality of square frames in a matrix arrangement mode from front to back and from left to right; each square frame is provided with a transverse steel beam and a longitudinal steel beam; and the roofis locked on the top surface of each single-layer body. The square frames are spliced to form the house body, so that the size and the dimension of the whole house body can be combined and spliced freely; each square frame can be produced in a unified dimension, mass production can be realized, customization is not required, and the innovative modular house frame is flexible to use; the square frames can be spliced or machined in a pouring process of the supporting seat, and time is greatly saved; and the whole splicing process is implemented in a locking mode, the splicing speed is high, andtime and labor are saved.
本发明公开一种创新型模块化房屋框架，包括房间本体和屋顶，房间本体具有支撑座和至少一层的单层本体,单层本体的底面锁固有伸入支撑座内的定位机构，单层本体由若干个方形框架由前至后及由左至右呈矩阵排列的方式紧密靠紧配合，方形框架具有横钢梁和纵钢梁，屋顶锁固在单层本体的顶面上。其利用多个方形框架的方形来拼装成房屋本体，使整个房屋本体的大小和尺寸能进行自由组合拼装，每个方形框架均是能实现统一尺寸进行生产，能实现量产，无需定制，使用灵活，且在支撑座的浇注过程中能进行方形框架的拼装或加工，大大节约的时间，且整个拼装采用锁固的方式拼装速度快，省时省力。
