The invention discloses a floor slab for a steel structure house. The floor slab comprises a main floor slab body, a thin plate, a sound insulation layer, a reinforcing steel plate and a heat preservation layer. In the prefabricating process, connection arrangement of the main floor slab body and the thin plate is completed firstly, concrete is poured into a groove, then the thin plate is immediately placed at the top end of the main floor slab body, the main floor slab body is sealed and covered, after the concrete is poured and solidified, regular watering maintenance needs to be conducted,the viscosity of the concrete is improved, and the situation that the concrete is broken easily is avoided. By arranging a plurality of reinforcing columns, follow-up maintenance of the floor slab isfacilitated, and the specific operation comprises the steps that the top surface of the thin plate is sprayed, and water enters the concrete through first through holes and slowly permeates to achievethe purpose of maintenance; and through the arrangement of a plurality of second through holes, the uniformity of water permeation is improved, the efficiency of maintenance work is also improved, and meanwhile, through the contact between the reinforcing columns and the concrete, the firmness of the floor slab is further improved.
本发明公开了一种钢结构住宅用楼板，包括主楼板、薄板、隔音层、加强钢板和保温层，本发明中在预制过程中先完成主楼板和薄板的连接设置，向凹槽中浇筑混凝土，然后立即将薄板放置在主楼板的顶端并将主楼板封盖，混凝土在浇筑完成并已经实现凝固后，还需要定时的浇水保养，提高其粘性，使其不会较容易的发生碎裂情况，本发明中通过设置有多个加强柱方便后续对本发明的保养，具体操作为：向薄板的顶面喷淋，水通过第一通孔进入到混凝土中，然后缓慢渗透，达到保养的目的，通过设置有多个第二通孔，提高了水渗透的均匀性，也提高了保养工作的效率，同时通过多个加强柱与混凝土的接触，进一步提高了本发明的牢固性。
