The invention discloses an adjustable building platform for an indoor decoration building. The adjustable building platform comprises a supporting mechanism, a connecting clamping plate, supporting plates, a connecting gear, a limiting mechanism, a transmission mechanism, a guide plate, a clamping shaft and a fixing clamping plate; and a transmission mechanism used for limiting is fixedly connected to the inner end face of the limiting mechanism, and the two groups of supporting plates are uniformly, equidistantly, symmetrically and rotationally connected to the upper end surface of the transmission mechanism. By arranging the supporting mechanism and the transmission mechanism, when the height is adjusted, a user can directly place tools required for operation and the like on the upper part of a supporting seat, and after placement is completed, the user can directly stand in the supporting seat; and then a fixed motor is started so that a subsequent user can conveniently and quicklyadjust the height of the adjustable building platform, the overall adaptability of the adjustable building platform is improved, and meanwhile the danger caused by the fact that the user climbs a higher building platform is reduced.
