The invention discloses a lifting signal tower convenient for replacing a signal transmitter. The lifting signal tower comprises a cross-shaped base, wherein a cross-shaped cavity with an upward opening is formed in the cross-shaped base; threaded rods are rotationally connected to the inner side walls of the four ends of the cross-shaped cavity; threaded sliding blocks are in threaded connectionwith the threaded rods; supporting rods are hinged to the upper end surfaces of the threaded sliding blocks; a tower body is arranged on the upper side of the cross-shaped base; the other ends of thesupporting rods are hinged to the lower end surface of the tower body; and a placing cavity is formed in the tower body. According to the lifting signal tower, a damaged signal transmitting device canbe replaced without the need for a worker to climb up the signal tower, the replacement cost of the signal transmitting device is reduced, and the personal safety of the worker is protected; and in severe weather, the safety of the signal tower is protected by lowering the gravity center of the signal tower, the signal transmitting device is driven to rotate through wind power, and the signal coverage range is enlarged.
