The invention discloses a sliding door with novel aluminum alloy handles. The sliding door comprises a door body, the door body comprises tempered glass, two lifting lugs and two glands, the two lifting lugs and the two glands are located at the upper edge of the tempered glass, a sliding device is fixed to the upper end of each lifting lug, and the two sliding devices are connected to a rail in asliding manner. Two handles which are symmetrically arranged front and back and made of aluminum alloy materials are fixed to the middle of the left side of the tempered glass, each handle is of an L-shaped structure and comprises a horizontal edge and a vertical edge, and a plurality of columns are integrally formed at the side, facing the tempered glass, of each handle. The two handles locatedat the front side and the rear side of the tempered glass are fastened through bolt assemblies. The handle inside the sliding door is of the L-shaped structure, so that the vertical edge of the handlecan be held by a hand to be used for moving the sliding door, the horizontal edge of the handle can be used for hanging towels and other articles, and therefore convenience can be brought to users.
