The intelligent battery replacing cabinet comprises one or more cabinet doors and further comprises one or more electromagnetic locks, wherein any one of the cabinet doors is correspondingly provided with one electromagnetic lock, and when the electromagnetic lock unlocksthe corresponding cabinet door of the intelligent battery replacing cabinet, a user is guided to place the battery module into the corresponding cabinet door; an accommodating cavity located in the cabinet door is provided with a guide rail device, a limiting device and a communication device, and the limiting device can be in limiting fit with the battery module, so the battery module is stably accommodated in the accommodating cavity in the cabinet door. The intelligent battery replacing cabinet disclosed by the invention aims at deepening a refined management and control mode, so the bidirectional linkage is established between the intelligent battery replacing cabinet and the battery module, and the intelligent management and control level is improved.
