The invention discloses an overhaul platform and discloses a crushing machine with the overhaul platform, wherein the overhaul platform is arranged on a crushing machine main body and comprises a machine frame and a step ladder; an overhaul passage is arranged on the machine frame; the overhaul passage is annularly arranged around the crushing machine main body; the step ladder is detachably arranged at one side of the machine frame; a walking area is arranged in the step ladder, and communicates with the overhaul passage; the step ladder comprises at least two pedal elements and two transmission elements; one end of each of the two transmission elements is rotationally connected with the machine frame; the two transmission elements are arranged at intervals; one side of each pedal elementis rotationally connected with one transmission element, and the other side of the pedal element is rotationally connected with the other transmission element; the adjacent two pedal elements and twotransmission elements are connected to form a four-connecting-rod mechanism; and all the pedal elements are connected to form a walking area. The overhaul platform provided by the invention has the advantages that the pedal elements on the step ladder can adapt to the angle change of the step ladder through rotation, so that the angles of pedal plates keep basically unchanged.
