The invention discloses a rainwater collecting and purifying device for a sponge city. The device comprises a reservoir, a rainwater purification mechanism mounted on the top surface of the reservoir,a rainwater filtering mechanism mounted on the rainwater purifying mechanism, a chemical solution adding mechanism which is mounted on the top surface of the reservoir and is positioned on one side of the rainwater purifying mechanism, a water conveying mechanism which is arranged on the side part of the reservoir and is used for conveying a water body in the reservoir to a specified water conveying position, and a PLC control system which is connected with the rainwater purifying mechanism, the liquid medicine adding mechanism and the water conveying mechanism. The device can prevent blockage and improve filtering and purifying effects.
