Preparation method of phosphogypsum-based composite cementing material
The invention discloses a preparation method of an phosphogypsum-based composite cementing material, which comprises the following steps of: 1, carrying out neutralization reaction treatment on phosphogypsum by using lime; 2, drying, dehydrating and grinding the prepared phosphogypsum; and 3, uniformly mixing the modified phosphogypsum with ultrafine blast furnace slag, steel slag, limestone powder and an additive according to a mass percentage ratio of 35%-50%: 35%-45%: 5%-10%: 5%-10%: 0.5%-1% to prepare the phosphogypsum-based composite cementing material. Compared with the prior art, the method has the advantages that the phosphogypsum is pretreated to improve the quality of the phosphogypsum, meanwhile, industrial solid wastes such as superfine blast furnace slag, steel slag and limestone powder are adopted to prepare the composite cementing material, wastes are turned into wealth, the prepared phosphogypsum-based composite cementing material has high strength and short setting time, and the preparation process is simple, low in cost and wide in raw material source.
本发明公开了一种磷石膏基复合胶凝材料的制备方法,方法步骤如下,步骤一、使用石灰对磷石膏进行中和反应处理;步骤二、将制得的磷石膏干燥脱水并粉磨;步骤三、改性的磷石膏与超细高炉矿渣、钢渣、石灰石粉、添加剂按照质量百分比35%—50%:35%—45%:5%—10%:5%—10%:0.5%—1%混合均匀,制得所述磷石膏基复合胶凝材料。与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:预处理磷石膏改善磷石膏的品质,同时采用超细高炉矿渣、钢渣、石灰石粉等工业固体废弃物制备复合胶凝材料,实现了变废为宝,所制得的磷石膏基复合胶凝材料具有较高的强度、较短的凝结时间,且制备过程简单、成本低廉、原料来源广泛。
