The process comprises the steps: S1, weighing required materials by weight: 30-55 parts of aluminum sulfate, 6-8 parts of sodium citrate, 5-14 parts of a polycarboxylate superplasticizer, 3-15 parts of a modifier, 0.5-5 part of a stabilizer, 0.1-1 part of a reinforcing agent, 5-15 parts of hydroxy carboxylic acid, 3-5 parts of a coagulation accelerator, 0.5-1.0 part of a wetting agent, and 90 parts of water; according to the improved cement accelerator preparation process disclosed by the invention, the accelerator prepared by the process and hydroxycarboxylic acid are added so that the effect of adjusting the pH value of a solution can be achieved, the pH value of a system is controlled to be 4.4-5.2, the activity of a composite aluminum citrate co-crosslinking system reaches the maximum value, the hydration rate of cement is remarkably increased, and the accelerating effect is the most remarkable; the favorable adaptability to cement is realized, later strength is high, system properties are stable and dust concentration is low, and the process hasthe advantages of low doping amount and favorable quick-setting effect, is easy for industrial production, only needs uniform mixing and can be realized at normal temperature.
本发明公开了一种改进型的水泥速凝剂制备工艺,涉及建筑材料技术领域,S1、称取所需重量份数的物料:硫酸铝30‑55份、柠檬酸钠6‑8份、聚羧酸减水剂5‑14份、改性剂3‑15份、稳定剂0.5‑5份、增强剂0.1‑1份、羟基羧酸5‑15份、促凝剂3‑5份、润湿剂0.5‑1.0份以及水90份,该改进型的水泥速凝剂制备工艺,本发明制备的速凝剂,羟基羧酸的添加,能起到调节溶液pH值的作用,控制体系的pH值在4.4‑5.2之间,使复合柠檬酸铝共交联体系的活性达到最大值,显著加快了水泥的水化速率,速凝效果最为显著,且与水泥有良好的适应性,后期强度高,体系性质稳定,粉尘浓度低,本发明具有低掺量、速凝效果好,易于工业化生产,本发明只需进行混合均与即可,可以在常温下进行生产。
