Nano mortar coating with heat preservation function
The invention discloses a nano mortar coating with a heat preservation function. The mortar of the coating comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 400-450 parts of cement, 80-100 parts of a nano material, 30-50 parts of resin rubber powder, 1000-1500 parts of sand, 20-40 parts of fly ash, 20-40 parts of clay, 5-8 parts of carbon fibers and 7-10 parts of an additive. Nano materials (nano beads, nano TiO2 and nano ZnO2) are added, the nano materials are small in particle and easy to smear uniformly, the heat conductivity coefficient of the nano materials can reach 0.07 W/m.K orbelow, and the nano materials have good heat preservation and insulation performance; after resin rubber powder is added and mixed with cement and other thermal insulation mortar components, active components of the rubber powder are enriched on an interface layer of a thermal insulation board and mortar under the action of polarity, and the active components of the rubber powder begin to reach the action concentration along with outward continuous diffusion of moisture and are diffused on the interface layer to form an interpenetrating net-shaped structure, so that the the purpose of heat preservation is achieved; by adding the additive, the water-retaining property, sagging resistance and thixotropic deformation of the mortar are further improved, and the purpose of improving the performance of the coating is achieved.
